Tonight at 9:00 from HBO Docs it's the follow up to the Oscar nominated documentary from Josh Fox, it's Gasland Part II which shows how the stakes have been raised in all aspects of the spectrum of the gas industry. "The film argues that the gas industry's portrayal of natural gas as a clean and safe alternative to oil is a myth, and that fracked wells inevitably leak over time, contaminating water and air, hurting families, and endangering the earth's climate with the potent greenhouse gas, methane." The documentary originally premiered at the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival. I don't want to give too much away but some people, stories & topics from Gasland will be revisisted while some new information will be uncovered as well.
