Flash Forward ends & Dancing begins

Tonight at 8 PM on ABC is the season finale of FlashForward which I think I heard won't be back next season.  I didn't watch it but it was only one season so that sucks for viewers, sorry.  Also at 8 PM on FOX we have the season premiere of So You Think You Can Dance.

Ted is Dead, boo

Well as you all know it is that time of year that so many shows that we grew to love over the previous season get canceled.  My biggest (and so far only) disappointment is the cancellation of Better Off Ted which aired on ABC and I think that had they bundled it with Modern Family it might have actually lasted.  Ted was one of the funniest shows on TV & as all of the funny shows it was confirmed that Ted is officially dead.  Ted & Linda, well not the characters but the actors have both scored roles on upcoming fall pilots but I highly doubt that either one will be quite as funny & I'm sorry but Portia DeRossi was so excellent on this show I can't believe it didn't get better ratings just from her emotionless corporate character alone!  Well with a slightly broken heart & a tear trying to creep out of my eye I bid Ted adieu, boo!

Biggest episode of SNL ever!

Hey hey kiddies, don't forget that tonight is the extra special Mother's Day episode of Saturday Night Live at 11:30 PM on NBC with your host Betty White & musical guest Jay-Z...does it get any better?  Yes it does, I heard that a lot of the SNL ladies alum will be returning for this extra special episode as well such as Tina Fey, Molly Shannon, Amy Poehler and many others.  Of course I have other plans tonight but my DVR is set up & ready to record & I can't wait to watch it tomorrow with my morning coffee.

Jill Zarin is delusional

Did any of you guys catch last night's episode of Real Housewives on NYC?  First of all let me start by saying that the guy that Luann brought (pictured right) to Kelly's (who I still can't stand) party was a total tool, obviously gay, and clearly going through an early mid-life crisis given his hair style & all of the Botox.

Now, I felt bad for Bethenny with the whole dad thing, that sucked but at least he's gone & out of her life forever which is what I think she was honestly looking forward to.  I would also like to say that pregnant her tits are humongous and her face doesn't look good fat.

Let's get on to the good stuff!  Jill Zarin is delusional & selfish & I totally side with Alex & Bethenny.  If you don't know the whole saga between Jill & Bethenny you can get a recap here.  When Alex was at the clothing party & asked Jill if she wanted to talk & Jill said no & walked away I knew shit was going to get ugly.  It's the same thing as the Bethenny ambush & Jill said it herself "I wasn't prepared, I didn't have my notes" so basically what she is saying is that everything has to be on her terms so she can be prepared but most fights & makeups just happen when they happen so you might not always be prepared but you do it anyway.  Now, when Alex & Simon went to Kelly's party & Jill was playing with Simon's hair I was so disgusted because she doesn't care much for him but she fawns all over him to get Alex to leave pretty much.  Eventually it worked when Jill pulled out her fake "oh hi Alex" shtick because Alex was so not having it & that led to the best part of the whole episode...the fight at Jennifer's cocktail party.  When Alex laid into Jill the way she did & told her she was a mean girl & in high school all I was thinking was "slap her" and she didn't do it.  Jill deserved every comment she received, she's a terrible friend & a complete & total narcissist & never listens to anyone else.  She's stubborn & always right & I can't stand that in people, I prefer being right but will admit if I'm wrong.

What is wrong with Ramona to invite all of those girls out for her girls weekend?  They are all going to be confined to a boat with obviously wasted Ramona, the preview killed me "I'm gonna shut her down" Ramona slurred twice & it took both times for me to decipher what she was saying & obviously Bethenny will be sober the whole time so put 2 sober chicks (her & Jill) out with a handful of drunk chicks & you have a recipe for glorious mayhem & I can't wait!!

I don't know how I feel yet about this new housewife Sonja that was just randomly added mid-season, she seems like one of those women who feels entitled to whatever she wants.  Who's leaving next season?  Usually new broads aren't added unless one is leaving.

Friday Night Lights premiere

Friday Night Lights new season premieres tonight at 8 PM on NBC and I hear it's a great show but I don't watch it so if you do, enjoy it!!  I'm disappointed that Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution is over so hopefully I'll have plenty on my DVR to watch to keep me busy Friday night & if not...I'll just watch Zack & Miri Make a Porno for the 10th time on Showtime.

Crazy housewives

So I tuned in for the season premiere of Real Housewives New Jersey on Monday night of course & this season is going to be so good!  First of all let me just say how sorry I feel for Danielle's kids...they are the parents in the relationship with her.  She is a complete & total whack job & she made that very clear in this episode.  It's been some time since the whole ordeal with the other girls but Danielle is not willing to let it go.  She made sure to talk to anyone who would listen about all the drama with the girls, her manicurist, her preacher, her kids...it was crazy talk & I felt bad for these people who had to listen especially since she thinks she's not acting crazy.  Ok, for example she went to this preacher/priest guy & was going on & on about the ladies & what they had said about her & all he asked is "why do you care what other people think" and her response was "I don't" and then she went back to it again!  Finally the preacher guy told her to just let it go and she just sat there with a blank stare.  Well after she got her pedicure & inundated the poor girl (who seemed none to happy to be hearing about it again) she found out that Caroline was having a benefit for the police chief and couldn't believe she wasn't invited.  She kept saying that she didn't have the money to attend & even she did she wouldn't anyway yet she still proceeded to do a drive-by on the party at Caroline's house.  Luckily her kids were wise enough to stop her before she got too close but she was about to make an absolute fool out of herself!

I cannot wait to see how all of this pans out & next week I think we will find out if Teresa had a boy or a girl & as Dina said I also hope it's a girl because Teresa isn't exactly the mom to a boy type & her husband works a lot & even though I'm sure he would love a boy after 3 girls another girl is in their best interest.  If anyone cares Jacqueline had a boy (boys are boring) and everyone is healthy & happy.

Bye Bye Ted?

Not just yet but more than likely.  While it has yet to be announced that the show has been canceled Jay Harrington (Ted Crisp) has been picked up for a new pilot titled "Nathan vs. Nurture" and Andrea Anders (Linda Zworldling) has also been picked up for a new pilot titled "Mr. Sunshine".  Harrington & Victor Fresco (creator of Ted) are both still optimistic that Ted will return but just in case it doesn't the actors have to be prepared.  Jay says that in no way whatsoever will this new pilot effect Ted & says it's "in second position" to Ted.  Fingers crossed that Ted comes back but if it doesn't..."Mr. Sunshine" & "Nathan vs. Nurture" better rock my world!

Jersey Housewives are back!!!!

Tonight we have the finale of Cold Case from 9-11 on CBS.  I will not be tuning in but it's a big night for me with the season premiere of New Jersey Housewives (10 PM, Bravo), competing with Nurse Jackie & U.S. of Tara so I'll likely watch the housewives at the 11:00 rerun so I don't have to skip Jackie & Tara.
