NBC has the closing ceremonies of The Olympics at 8:30, on PBS at 9:00 it's the 4th season finale of Downton Abbey and TLC has the special Sister Wives Tell All 2.
Up at 10:30 on NBC it's the series premiere of Growing up Fisher.
