Tonight at 9:00 it's the newest release from HBO Docs, The Last Patrol the last film in Oscar® -nominated Sebastian Junger’s trilogy on war. The film follows four men linked by combat – Junger and combat veterans Brendan O’Byrne & Dave Roels, and acclaimed Spanish photojournalist Guillermo Cervera – as they walk along railroad lines from D.C. to Philadelphia, to the Allegheny Mountains and Pittsburgh, to honor a fallen peer. The film chronicles their journey as they get to know America again after a decade of war, and discuss why combat is so difficult to give up.
