Up at 9:00 on CW it's the 4th season finale of The 100, Food has the 2nd season premiere of Bakers vs. Fakers, HGTV has the 6th season finale of Buying and Selling, FOX has the 3rd season finale of Empire, NBC has the 18th season finale of Law & Order, Lifetime has part 1 of the Little Women: Atlanta reunion, Audience has the series finale of Rogue and on Velocity has the series premiere of Speed is the New Black.
