At 10:00 on Travel Legendary Locations returns and moves to a new time slot, TLC has the series premiere of Smothered and on ABC it's the 4th season premiere of To Tell the Truth.  At 10:30 on Disney XD it's the 3rd season finale of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy.  On Fuse at 11:00 it's the series premiere of Sugar and Toys.
