Up at 9:00 on PBS it's the 1st season finale of Africa's Great Civilizations and NBC has Chicago PD at a special time.  On Lifetime at 10:00 it's the series premiere of Bringing up Ballers, NBC has the series premiere of Chicago Justice, CNBC has the series premiere of The Deed, Reelz has the special Dead Famous DNA, TLC has the 2nd season premiere of Skin Tight, USA has the 6th season finale of Suits, TBS has Conan Without Borders, Spike has the series premiere of b and on HBO it's UConn Huskies: The March to Madness.

On ID at 9:00 it's the 14th season finale of On the Case with Paula Zahn and on Starz it's the special Havana Moon.

Up at 10:00 on CBS it's the series premiere of Hunted: The Internet Never Forgets, PBS has the series premiere of Secrets of the Six Wives and on Travel it's Top Secret Beaches.

Sundance premieres the spy thriller mini-series Restless tonight

Tonight at 8:00 on HBO it's the 20th season finale of 24/7 and on CW it's the 3rd season fall finale of Nikita.  Then at 9:00 on CBS it's the 9th season fall finale of CSI: NY and on ID check out the series premiere of Pretty Bad Girls.  On Sundance check out the first part of the two part mini-series Restless and at 9:30 on TBS it's the 2nd season finale of Tyler Perry's for Better or Worse.

On CBS at 10:00 it's the 3rd season fall finale of Blue Bloods, on Cinemax the 1st season finale of Hunted, on NGW it's the 2nd season finale of Man v.
