On Lifetime at 9:00 it's a new two hour episode of Project Runway and at 9:31 on NBC it's the 1st season finale of Go On.

10:00 on FX brings the 4th season finale of Archer, History has the series premiere of Chasing Tail, Health airs the 1st season finale of Funeral Boss, BBCA has the 13th season premiere of The Graham Norton Show, A&E has the series premiere of The Killer Speaks, on USA it's the time slot premiere of The Moment and on Animal Planet, Swamp Wars returns from hiatus.

At 10:30 on FX it's the 1st season finale of Legit.

On ABC at 10:00 check out the special Dick Clark's Primetime New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest while NBC has New Year's Eve with Carson Daly, on CNN it's NYE with Anderson Cooper & Kathy Griffin and Showtime has the special Andrew Dice Clay: Indestructible.

Up at 11:00 on FOX it's the special Fox New Year's Eve while MTV airs MTV's Club NYE 2013 and at 11:30 on ABC the Rockin Eve continues with a 2 part special, on Adult Swim it's The Eric Andre Show NYE special and NBC continues with the Carson Daly 2012 special.
