At 9:00 on ID, Obsession moves to a new time slot.  Up at 10:00 on CNBC it’s the return of The Filthy Rich Guide, Bravo has the 2nd season finale of Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce, BET has the 2nd season premiere of It’s a Mann’s World, Lifetime has the 1st season finale of Pitch Slapped, ID has the 2nd season premiere of See No Evil and on Science it’s the 3rd season premiere of The Unexplained Files.

At 10:00 on ABC it's the Countdown to the Oscars: 15 Movies that Changed American Cinema, Velocity has the 2nd season premiere of Americarna, Discovery has the 1st season finale of Big Giant Swords, TLC has the series premiere of Our Little Family, TNT has the return of Perception, ID has the series premiere of See no Evil and on Comedy it's the 7th season premiere of Tosh.0.  At 10:30 on WGN it's the 1st season finale of Wrestling with Death.
