At 9:00 on NBC it's the 5th season finale of American Ninja Warrior, Weather has the series premiere of Heavy Metal Monsters, and FOX has the series premiere of Sleepy Hollow.  On VH1 at 9:30 it's the 2nd season finale of Marrying the Game.

Up at 10:00 on E! it's the special The E! True Hollywood Story: Cee Lo Green, Bio has the 1st season finale of Stalked by a Ghost and on CBS it's the 1st season finale of Under the Dome.  At 10:01 on NBC it's the 1st season finale of Siberia.

On History at 11:00 it's the 1st season finale of God, Guns & Automobiles and at 11:30 on DIY it's the 8th season finale of House Crashers.
