Up at 9:00 on FOX it's the 3rd season premiere of Empire, NBC has the 18th season premiere of Law & Order: SVU, ABC has the 8th season premiere of Modern Family and on Pop it's the 2nd season premiere of Unusually Thicke.

On CBS at 9:30 it's the 90 minute 18th season finale of Big Brother, ABC has the 3rd season premiere of Black-ish and then at 10:00 it's the series premiere of Designated Survivor.  Also at 10:00 on NBC it's the 4th season premiere of Chicago PD, TLC has the 1st season finale of Love at First Kiss and on USA it's the 2nd season finale of Mr. Robot.
