Top Chef is back & this time, they're in Texas. Unlike past seasons where they were in a city this time it's a state so I don't know if they will be moving around or are filming in such a small city they had to say Texas because nobody would know where they were otherwise. This season, along with the usual Gail Simmons, Tom Colicchio & Padma Lakshmi there will be 2 other judges added to the mix & I assume they will be rotating because there's usually only 4 judges. Those 2 extra judges are Emeril Lagasse & Hugh Acheson (who I don't care for) so I'm curious to see what the new dynamic is setup like.
