It's the season finale of Vegas tonight

On NBC at 8:00 it's the 2nd season finale of Fashion Star, TLC has the 4th season finale of Four Weddings and on FOX it's the 5th season finale of Kitchen Nightmares.

At 9:00 on NGW it's the series premiere of Australia's Deadliest, FOX has the 2nd season finale of Touch and on CBS it's the 1st season finale of Vegas.  On CBS at 10:00 it's the 3rd season finale of Blue Bloods, Showtime has the special Bob Saget: That's What I'm Talkin' About and on NGW it's the series premiere of Ultimate Animal Countdown.

The Fashion Star 2nd season premiere is tonight

At 8:00 tonight on NBC it's the 2nd season premiere of Fashion Star and then at 9:00 on CW, Cult moves to a new time slot, on CBS it's a special episode of Golden Boy, on NBC it's the 2nd season spring premiere of Grimm, TLC has the 5th season premiere of Say Yes to the Dress and on VH1 it''s the special 100 Sexiest Artists (hour 4).

On Travel at 10:00 it's the 4th season premiere of The Dead Files and on IFC, Out There moves to a new time slot.

90210 Season Finale

Tonight at 8:00 on CW is the 4th season finale of 90210 and also the 9th season finale of NCIS on CBS.

At 9:00 on CBS is the 2 hour 3rd season finale of NCIS: Los Angeles.  10:00 is yet again the busy hour tonight  with the 1st season finale of Best Ink on Oxygen, the 1st season finale of Dream Machines is on SyFy, the 1st season finale of Fashion Star is on NBC, the 5th season finale of The Little Couple is on TLC.  Then we have Narrow Escapes of WWII series premiere on Military and the 2nd  season premiere of Pregnant in Heels on Bravo and at 10:01is the 5th season finale of Private Practice.

We also have back to back episodes of Glee on FOX at 8 & 9 and Cougar Town moves to 8:00 on ABC.

Fashion Star...my opinion

Well, I watched the series premiere of Fashion Star & I'm surprised to say that I don't like it.  I normally love fashion TV like Project Runway & The Fashion Collection but this show was more like The Voice with clothes.  Meaning that we hear a 10 minute blurb about the designer & then we see a 2 minute show & then we listen to 3 people comment on & critique on the designs & then a choice is made...either their clothing will be purchased by 1 of 3 stores (Saks, Macys, H&M) or they will be up for elimination.  I found myself fast forwarding through all of the background info & the critiques & just watching the fashion "show" & the purchase outcome so the 90 minute show was about 30.  I'm not a big fan of Elle Macpherson as the host...she's kind of boring & after catching up on some Project Runway Allstars over the weekend it hit me what I didn't like.  There's no actual design on the show & I like that process, I don't care to see the final product if I don't get to see your process of making it to begin with.  I will not be picking up this show, I'll stick to Project Runway & shows of the like.
