On Oxygen at 10:00 it's the 3rd season premiere of Best Ink, TLC has the 5th season winter finale of Hoarding: Buried Alive, ID has the special ID Films: Terror on a Train, SyFy has the series premiere of Killer Contact and on TV Land it's the series premiere of Kirstie.  Up at 10:30 on DirecTV it's the 4th season finale of Call me Fitz.
