Now is the time that all the shows start coming back with their "winter premiere" but in DVR Slave fashion I think that's just dumb so shows returning after the holidays are:

On NBC at 8:00 it's the 5th season premiere of Community, Cooking has the 4th season finale of Eat St., ABC has the two hour 2nd season premiere of The Taste and ID moves True Crime with Aphrodite Jones to a new time slot. At 8:30 on NBC it's a special episode of Community.
At 9:00 on VH1 it's the 4th season premiere of Couples Therapy, ID has the 2nd season premiere of Frenemies, and Travel has the 6th season premiere of Mysteries at the Museum.
Up at 10:00 on ABC it's the series premiere of The Assets, NGC has the series premiere of Do or Die, TruTV has the 3rd season premiere of Impractical Jokers, MTV has the 4th season premiere of Ridiculousness, Reelz has the 3rd season premiere of Steven Seagal Lawman and on DA it's the 2nd season premiere of Unsealed. On Bravo at 10:30 it's the series premiere of Toned Up.
