Up at 8:00 on Hallmark it's the original telefilm A Cookie Cutter Christmas, Cooking has the special Extra Virgin and Bravo has the 7th season premiere of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

On Animal Planet at 9:00 it's the 7th season premiere of Finding Bigfoot, Food has the series premiere of Holiday Baking Championship, HBO has the 3rd season premiere of The Newsroom and on Oxygen it's the 14th season premiere of Snapped.

At 10:00 on HBO it's the 2nd season premiere of The Comback, 10:30 has the 2nd season premiere of Getting On and at 11:30 on Bravo it's the 3rd season premiere of Fashion Queens.

Tia & Tamera are back tonight on Style

Dog & Beth, 1st season summer finale is tonight on CMT at 8:00, E! has the special Pop Innovators: will.i.am, Food has the time slot premiere of Food Court Wars and on Style it's the 3rd season premiere of Tia & Tamera.

On CMT at 9:00 it's the series premiere of Hillbillies for Hire, VH1 has the time slot premiere of Hollywood Exes, TLC has the special Long Island Medium and on Style it's the 1st season finale of Resale Royalty.  Up at 10:00 on Travel it's the series premiere of Adam Richman's Fandemonium, TLC has the special Breaking Amish: Brave New World: The Shunning Truth - Part 2, VH1 has the 5th season premiere of La La's Full Court Life, HBO has the 2nd season premiere of The Newsroom, OWN has the special From Fatherless to Fatherhood and on E! it's the 1st season finale of The Wanted Life.

True Blood finale is tonight...already!

Tonight at 7:00 it's the 1st season finale of Empire Girls on Style, followed by the second part of the two part reunion of Jerseylicious at 8:00.

At 9:00 on HBO it's the 5th season finale of True Blood...they must have started the season early this year or skipped a break or something because the season usually doesn't end until around Labor Day.  Anyway, I'm so sad it's ending as always & I really am going to miss having my Alcide fix every week.  

TNT has the 1st season finale of The Great Escape at 10:00, The Newsroom has it's 1st season finale on HBO.  At 10:30 on TruTV it's the 1st season finale of Combat Pawn & on Showtime it's the 2nd season finale of Episodes.  Then at 11:59 it's the 9th season finale of Aqua Teen Hunger Force on Adult Swim.

Tonight on DIY at 8:00 is the 3rd season premiere of Mega Dens with a "colorful basement surprise".  Then at 9:00 on TLC is the 3rd season finale of Sister Wives, on VH1 is the 4th season finale of Tough Love on VH1.  On TV Land also at 9:00 are the AFI Life Achievement Awards honoring Shirley Maclaine.

At 10:00 on Lifetime is the 6th season summer premiere of Army Wives, on TNT is the series premiere of The Great Escape and then on HBO is the series premiere of The Newsroom.  

I've seen previews of this show and a few of my readers suggested that I watch it and I hate to say it...especially being from Michigan but I can't stand Jeff Daniels.  Every time I see him in anything he's Flap from Terms of Endearment & I can't move past it...I also don't care for Olivia Munn or Emily Mortimer so I think I'll skip watching this one.  As I'm sitting here re-watching True Blood & Girls in HD from last week I've seen a couple different new previews for it I initially thought (a couple months ago) it was a comedy & was intrigued but then a few seconds into that initial preview I realized it wasn't & lost all interest.  These different previews don't change my mind either, it just makes me not want to watch it even more but from what I hear it's supposed to be really good...Alan Sorkin is behind it so I'm sure it isn't terrible!! 

At 11:59 on Adult Swim is the 9th season premiere of Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
