At 9:30 on FOX it's the return of The Last Man on Earth. Up at 10:00 on A&E it's the 16th season premiere of Intervention, TLC has the series premiere of Long Lost Family, Discovery has a special Naked & Afraid, ID has the 13th season premiere of On the Case with Paula Zahn, ABC has the return of Quantico and on CNN it's the series premiere of Race for the White House.
