Punk'd is back!

Tonight at 8:00 on NGC is the series premiere of The Decrypters & I have no clue what this show is about...I scoured the NGC website & can't find anything!  Up at 10:00 on We is the series premiere of Mary Mary, the series premiere of My Mom is Obsessed premiers on Health & then Punk'd returns to MTV with Justin Bieber getting Rob Dyrdek.  To see who else will be messing with their friends & to watch sneak peaks click here.
